My client, OpenClassrooms recently raised $60M to accelerate its global development and is now looking for people passionate about making education more accessible and helping their students to land their dream job.
They are looking for a CRM Manager H/F. This person  will be responsible for generating leads with their different CRM tools, increasing the conversion rate and optimizing the user funnel at every step, based on an ever-increasing knowledge & understanding of their users.
 Working alongside our VP Growth, you will:
  • Build & launch direct marketing campaigns (emails, push, SMS etc.) and engage with the OpenClassrooms community;
  • Optimize the user funnel & build lead nurturing workflows to optimize conversion rate;
  • Develop leads scoring systems through automatic workflows and in coordination with the Sales & Student Success teams;
  • Build & own reporting on volume of leads generating, scoring and conversion rate;
  • Coordinate & develop their CRM tools (including Blueshift, Salesforce, Hubspot) along with external service providers when necessary.  
  • Team-player with excellent written, communication and presentation skills;
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to convey its solutions and influence cross-functional teams;
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on real-time performance optimization and testing everything;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;
  • Experience with funnel optimization and suggesting product tweaks;
  • High curiosity for coding, technology and user-centered product is a must; knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.
  • 2 to 4 years of B2B and/or B2C experience in a direct marketing role for a technology company ideally in a startup environment;
  • Experience in setting-up new CRM Sales & Marketing automation tools;
  • An ability to thrive in a result-driven environment and to demonstrate achievements backed by data;
  • Engineering or Business Degree with a strong quantitative emphasis;
  • English required.
